So then after being told 'you just have to wait a couple weeks to see if you get them' I begin to get upset. I find it hard to believe that many separate pieces of mail all got lost. They claimed 5 checks had been processed and mailed.
The 1st of April is the last payment I received.
I was told they cannot do direct deposit so I had to receive my payments through checks. My doctor's office would fax papers to them numerous times and they still supposedly never got them. anytime papers had to be faxed to them, they claim they never received them and my claim would be closed. This led to me having to be on short term disability. I've been on **** due to health issues which happened suddenly the end of February 2021.
